you dont really need magisk, just root and backup manager.

On a rooted phone install the app from play store and login to your account as normal.
Use a backup app such as Swift Backup and Backup Data.
Uninstall and install Mod Menu version.
Restore the backup data only open app, and you should stay login.

Detailed steps for anyone who needs.

• Use a rooted phone
• Install swift backup
• Install survivor.io from playstore
• Play and move to level 2-3 at least. Close and open game to sync.
• Use swift backup "DATA"
• Uninstall playstore version
• Install @mIsmanXP mod apk . DO NOT RUN.
• Open swift backup and restore "DATA" . Do not restore ext data
• Run survivor io. ( I had to close and reopen to get all progress ) .

Once you play on the new update that happens. I have 2 accounts and 2nd account works fine. I'm guessing once you play on new version they update your account in the back end for the new update.
