Never managed to trigger the Heavenly mind pavilion quest to evolve my Daoheart but whatever
 
Just an FYI, the transcendent mount is called cosmos compass. Search for "mos" in item search and you can get it too. Also just search for the last 3 letters of whatever you're looking for, whether it be the last 3 of the first or second word, you're bound to find it

I do believe reputation corresponds to sect contribution after you join the sect which you can add with Add Items

I have no idea how to effect sect reputation before joining

Maybe helping members from the sect

Sect Reputation isn't required to join simply having all attributes maxed will be more than enough shuxing_basAll_999 will do it

Of all the options for the sect command line Reputation isn't one of them

Yes I do have a hard time trying to become a sect leader.

That's rng just keep skipping months eventually an event message will occur concerning the sect tradition then you can challenge the sect tradition through the Promotion option

You only need enough player reputation
shuxing_reputation_99999999
And enough sect contribution

You can always find it just always Capital letter the first letter like "Cosmos"

Turn on Debug mode immediately after launching the game

Then try to spar with the one you want the ID of if they refuse then attacking them works just spare them

During the battle there will be 3 new buttons on the top left of the screen

The left button is the one you want as it shows the info of all entities on the battlefield the names are formed as
Name (SoulID) UnitID
The ID is not static it changes upon loading a save

Middle button opens a console command panel like the one in the cheat menu

Right button is a kill button that insta kills all enemies outside of invulnerable state

All entities on the battlefield include summoned things
you have to bring it up after the summoned things are present

But it might not have a name
For instance the Spirit Sword is named
* (SoulID) UnitID
 
Also CHECK OUT THE PLUG INS

All this time I've been ignoring it
There's plugins to Change the name of any npc or player
There's plugins to change the appearance of NPCs
There's plugins to lock all 3 destinies during character creation
plugins to skip rmini games and random spars
Plugins for NPCs to ignore Age restrictions for things like mentorship and marriage
And many more
