You have to toggle Debug as fast as you can the moment you see the mod icon after opening the app

ideally when the screen is still black if you take too long during the loading screen it'll be too late

Just use Debug to spawn the imp type you want like 10 of them and once they are all mostly low health use capture it'll likely say it failed but that doesn't mean you didn't catch some
