First, click the Ao Yao name to get her ID.

The goto the debug menu where you can enter the command.

Try using the ID "GlaiCx" in the command.

Any command to change NPC is good enough since if you key in incorrect ID there will be error.

Try until you get the correct ID.
So in this case "GlaiCx" is incorrect.
The correct is "G1aiCx" is the correct ID
