@chrisredfield0811 I got the same message but different time. I think it's a ban because of using mod on multi-player battles. Because when I try login with other account it has no problem.

May as well contact the devs and try your luck on asking them to unban you.

this is my first time install.. so i never have account or playing multiplayer battle..so what must i do?

NOTE: You have to download the game from play store first, Login And download the Extra Update inside, when you entered, close the game, Change the OBB name with Something added at the end, close the game/Uninstall and download the APK from here, And before you Open the game, Remove the Added Words From OBB and Open the game, Have FUN :)
Remember, if you play the APK before Changing the OBB name to what is was, you will have two different OBB so the game will stuck.

This game has not recieved any update in 2 years or so, and is on life support.
Chances of getting banned are very low.
