Teapot means you've been banned. There's no way to fix that

How can I use the scrolls feature without getting banned? On a new a new account, but the progress starts to fizzle out at around stage 4000 so it gets boring without the boost from scrolls n hero weapons. Thanks

You'll get banned when you use scrolls and weapons because it's not really in your account and when the system checks your account you'll automatically get banned because no way in hell you can get that high amounts if the account you're using is newly created so no you'll get banned regardless. And at 4k you start to slow push? Nah you're likely doing something wrong because pushing starts to get slower at the 100k+ stages.

Anything that affects your stats can flag you as a cheater. Having killed more bosses than non-bosses can trigger the teapot

Yes there are some tournaments and clan raids that are online other things are offline (anyway the internet connection is always required to play)
