I do - 100-500. Don't leave it 0 since you can easily exceed your max stage. I'm currently at day 2 with 140k stage. To avoid ban(Teapot) just prestige repeatedly then upgrade your BoS artifact and then do the same to the rest of artifacts and then push stage.

And the most important thing is to have a good build (skill tree) I used HS fairy to push stage fast. You can use the TT2 Compendium website to copy builds. And when pushing only use MANA NOT DECREASE and COIN NOT DECREASE and optionally use FREE PASSIVE UPRAGDES If you can't push stage anymore but don't push too far with it on.

And is it not a little suspicious when you enter tournaments? Or join a clan? For example the level of your pets etc.? And then reporting you in that matter?

It will only suspicious in tournaments when you exceed the rest of competitors with large gap in MS or when someone checks your stats (pets, skill points, craftling lvl and etc.) and it does not match your MS. So ye, you can get reported if your account does not have a solid foundation.

Did everything you said here and still got teapot at stage 7k.., made sure to prestige every 500 stages even.
