It's just normal stage and no diamond fairy comes.

Diamond fairy doesn't come when you are on max stage.
Normal stages: Just your max stage ever achieved
Events/tournaments: Your max stage in the event

I played every day , since 5.6.0 never found a diamond faries in normal stage nor in tourney, is it a bug or just coincident?

All day i got diamond fairy ,dont go to max stage just normal lvl up and use unlimited fairys 5 min and you got all
