Yes there are some tournaments and clan raids that are online other things are offline (anyway the internet connection is always required to play)

When you are starting just use the first 3 I do not know if its ok to use the only fight with bosses but probably its ok just do not use the hero weapons and scrolls

Coins not decrease
Mana not decrease
No Skill Cooldown
Only fight with bosses

I would also suggest avoid using the " All item sets bonus is active" , as the prestige points go really high.

The instant max stage one is safe too. Just don't enable mods that allows you to increase your power levels to progress too quickly

Fight with bosses only is still dangerous, as you won't have the real number of titans you should've killed.
