I just created a new account and ran for 30 mins with all settings active. Then I got a second teapot.

Of course you'll get flagged you literally just started a new account and it already has a shit ton of hero weapons & scrolls and other things like item sets that's way beyond what a new account can do. The safest way is to progress as naturally as possible.
