Makes sense, though. If an account never spends money on items, consistent play should naturally put it within a certain progression range for each milestone. It's like seeing a 3-year-old graduate from college—an automatic ban would be completely justified.

I think the developers already have an internal model that estimates a player's expected power and the level they should realistically reach. If an account falls far outside that range, it's probably flagged for review. Even if it has enough power, they'd still check whether it could realistically reach that level based on total playtime, prestige count, and the average time per prestige (for Instant Max Stage feature). If those don't add up, a ban is probably only a matter of time.
