Not exactly sure how, but essentially just do one interaction enough times until either the week passes or she reacts. The dialogue becomes different for the morning and there is a screen that shows an increase in sensitivity (I assume) as well as your ranking based on what you accomplished during the in-game week

Essentially just rinse and repeat (legs and any other part) . If you've reached a point where the sensitivity (I think it was sensitivity) turns yellow then you have reached the right threshold for talking/changes in expressions and body posture. Then, I think at 50% she climaxes. Not sure about after that since I get an error message when I try to progress.
