You created the account, so you must use your own email to receive the verification code. If you forget your password, you can reset it using the registered email. As for the policies, they apply to everyone. I cannot resolve issues where multiple accounts are registered under the same IP just to claim our gifts.

After playing for a while, my impression is that leveling up characters and boosting combat power is incredibly difficult. While the 200,000-coin "start-dash" bonus is appealing, you eventually hit a wall in the mid-game. Even when playing on a new server, there are players who are overwhelmingly strong—to the point where it makes no sense.

The issue isn't about whether it's much or little. In total, you've received codes worth over 1 million Webshop coins and tons of items. However, upgrading them needs to be logical. Experienced players usually know how to utilize resources wisely for optimal upgrades. Strategy games require thinking, rather than just upgrading whatever you see as soon as you log in. Many free-to-play players can beat paying players in this game, but that clearly isn't you.

Strategy game players who want to make the most of their resources must take the time to learn. What do you think you can accomplish with 1 million webshop coins? Buying items carelessly on the Market without knowing their effectiveness? Upgrading heroes but equipping them with unsuitable skills? Choosing gear sets that don't complement those heroes? And after all that, you complain that the game is too difficult and restrictive—after playing for just a few days without understanding any of it? We truly appreciate feedback, but it must be constructive. It shouldn't be a case where you consume all the free resources we provide, only to turn around and claim that the game creates pressure and limits players. You can reach out to the stronger players you mentioned and ask them how they built their strength, rather than coming here to complain about being too weak to play.

Meanwhile, experienced players know how to fully utilize free resources. They battle to get valuable items and trade them on the shop. They participate in events to receive attractive rewards. They accurately determine which hero they want to upgrade to select the right gear and skills. As for you, what have you done in the game? Could you show me screenshots of any in-game events or activities you've participated in?
