Anyone found an app that allows you to run multiple instances of the game, under the guise of a new device ID? Parralel App etc doesnt work.

Background: when you use the mod, especially after joining an alliance, its easy to get banned.. Apps like Device ID Changer don't work for this game, even after rebooting, it still has the same device ID number and the ban still applies, so youre unable to start again.

If you use a 3rd party cheat apk, the alliance feature icon doesn't appear due to data sync issues, so you never get the option to rejoin an alliance.

Anyone have a work around or tricks to share?

My advice for you:
if you use another cheat app (like me for free purchase) be sure to log out and log in using facebook account to force the game to update and syncronise the data: is not istant but after some minutes (10-15) games are syncronised and you can switch to other mod app:
Example
i shopped the train pass, i logged out and logged in the same app with my facebook id to save
After 20 minutes i delete the free purchase mod app, i reinstall this mod/or original and usually the server are now syncro: so now i ve the pass active in this app

Did you get banned in this mod?

Yes is possible during Alliance event (like in other ranking event) or if you exceed with gems/energy
With this mod, if you have also 300 gems, you can buy the Materials Chest that cost 600 without problem, but also you can use the object usable without lose them.
Also main object for the main story or event are not consumed, so i think that if you accumulate too many of these objects game detect you.

For this, i ve 2 scenarios:
- Depending from you downloaded the app, game actually is still been updating: for example i m playing it from Italy, but in my store is not available, so i downloaded from German GooglePlay, and until the last update, arena wasnt available ( while in USA arena was already available)

- you get detected but strange, because same thing happened to me, but during 4th City during Depot Challenge, but i managed to advance as far as the last city, but with the event stuck, forcing me to reset the game.

Thanks, I'm from South Africa I've just got to the 2nd city. Shop, heroes and mod ain't working. But I'm kinda used to that, cause anything world wide that's prehistoric we'll be lucky if we get it in my lifetime

Try to use a vpn and move your account setting position to another part of the world and look if change something

It's not possible to log into Facebook when using a modded APK. I get an error.

Guys, i've been playing this game since 1 mounth and i encountered your same problem and i get banned 3 times and but now actually i m playing with mod safely but with some advise:

How did you restart the game with a new device ID? Usually it picks up your old ID and the ban is still in place..?

It's not possible to log into Facebook when using a modded APK. I get an error.

To log with facebook you must delete the facebook app and log via web (as Chrome a

About you problem the solution exists but is little complicated: in summary you must delete your account from every app you played you account to delete it definetively from their server

Do this:

1- Open the app and go in setting

2 - Click on Terms of Service

3 - Click on Delete Account and Click on box to delete it

4 Open your others same app and do the same process

Ah mh bad situation, you should search them and do the delete account way to be sure to delete it from server

So im at work now so a bit more time to provide more insights...

So i was a long time member of Solar Sanctum, the top ranked alliance. The leader spends a sh&t load of $$ paying for cloud cloning apps and runs approx. 15 diff accounts simultaneously. He lives and breathes this game 24/7. Its kinda weird to be honest.

He has done some testing, and has found that even after installing modded APKs on new phones/devices, the account will eventually be banned. Im assuming they have implemented some type of anti-cheat measure that can detect IAP's that are not official, and changes in currency/gem levels.. I know for a fact it's not humans detecting this activity as it takes them 1 week just to respond to an email, and i suspect they use AI/agrolythms that are quite aggressive, and at times, very innacurate.

Bear in mind though, they have received a sh&tload of complaints from players who have genuinely spent money and were banned. They then need to lodge a ticket, provide evidence etc which seems very unfair. Some have been through this more than once!!

Some have suggested that once you can no longer chat in the global channel, that you have been flagged for a ban... Not sure how this works, i posted "HI" once and could never post in there again, but was playing for months afterwards. Leader of my alliance had the same issues but was not banned.

So in summary, the ban process for this game is very aggressive, and sometimes innacurate.

Ive used Device ID changer for other games to start new accounts after bans with other games with success, but this game is very stubborn.

The same thing is happened to me, about chat = banned

About free purchase, i did the same error: buy a lot of gems like 300k
But i noticed that if you do a sporadic purchase as 1-2 and stay under 10k gems you are more hard to be detected (for now is 1 mounth that i do not get a ban and actually switching between this mod and free purchase mod)
