The detections clearly state that its riskware. Riskware is basiclly everything which contains custom code or modifications in any way. Some libraries to inject ads also count as riskware.
As long as the .apk doesn't have 10+ detections and all of them scream trojaner or anything similiar, just ignore it, otherwise don't install it.
75% of all mods here will get detections like that.
And please don't claim something is "dangerous for Android" when the detection isn't even clear.
