must be doing something wrong, using google streamer 4k, and when enabling accesibilty options it automatic turn of as fast as i turned it on.

On Android 14 you need install apk via adb and that will keep accessibility on until you reboot and will need to just turn back on after reboot only. Many adb tools on the internet to install apk from phone or pc.
