Need fixing still crashed even when cache cleared

So, regarding the crash. I don't know how to fix it but I know how to deal with it. So far it works for me. Instead of straight up pressing tap to start, first press menu then choose login. You need to wait until the prompt pop up then press back. Only after that, you tap to start the game. Hope it helps!
