Yes, you can but you will get problems due to Android limitation. See my tutorial I just created How to activate VMOS Assistant to run VMOS on Android 12 and above - Platinmods.com - Android & iOS MODs, Mobile Games & Apps
I don't have problem using VMOS Assistant on my Samsung tablet. If you don't like it, get an older phone running Android 11 or below
