Theres a problem, when connected to internet it keeps rebooting, when offline it all goods , maybe the developer take action on modded applications...

Reason: "Vmos v3.1.0, v3.1.1 have same symptoms.
The vm will keep rebooting infinitely till we turn off the "Wifi in vm".
I just found info on telegram, it have something todo with the developer (dev works).
Maybe newer version will be working?".

VMOS mods in general are currently stuck in a boot loop, regardless of which rom you use.
@AndnixSH also tested it in several ways, maybe it gets fixed.
It seems to be GAPPS related.
