Help! Wrong ip error

Every mod I try to download keeps saying wrong IP? I attempted to use incognito but that doesn't work either

Yeah, when I changed the browser I was using, that blank screen with only the words "wrong ip" stopped happening. I dont know why it does that, prolly a security setting that's lacking in the browsers.

Usually Happens to Me Whenever I'm Using My Data to Download a Mod. When I'm Using WiFi I Never Get That Error. Puffin Browser Does Work Though.
