The amount of detections doesn't mean much. It's about the detections itself. This is a revanced version aka this is a 3rd party client which is not approved by youtube. All they have to do is to go to any security provider and tell them "hey, if your program scans this app, please detect it as a virus". Thats how those security provider make their money.
