it's working fine, you need enough MP first (skill work one by one without cool down)
yes your MP will consume naturally (check when you have enough)
plus you can check also without mod when you have enough MP (skill icon cool down, you can wait some seconds until use one more even don't have enough MP)

what about the freeze currency? it's not working on my end, sorry.

nevermind. It's working now! I think I need to tell this for other users to do not assume it's not working (like me).

As what I have observed, The mods will start working after level 1-10

Reason: "mods not working".

Checked by myself
None of the mod features work for me.
Not a single one.
I played up until stage 1-11 and still nothing.
I enabled and disabled the features before/in/after battle, I restarted the game several times and nothing.
There is 0 difference to having them enabled or disabled.
You can watch the video below. Thats for the "No Skill Cooldown" feature. I have enough MP but all skills are on cooldown and I can't use any of them.
