I don't use it in pvp but I use it in "band training" and I got banned, so band training is also pvp?

It's in Japanese.i had to google what band training is lol. But I remember I did use it in band training. +2 I think. I Even used in PVP. Like toggles it to +10 only with ultimate. Then turn it off, and repeat
