have you found out if the first chapter of year 8 gives house points? it shouldn't probably... but I'm not sure

I haven't managed to get past chapter 60 because the game was about to give me house points for my unfinisihed scavenger hunts / spellcasting in first person.

However, I have heard that in year 8 you have assignments that you need to complete as part of the story, and those will probably give you house points (or whatever the graduate equivalent of them are).

I've not moved on to year 8 yet, but I've seen people saying that they're getting that bug after reaching chapter 3.

Year 8 chapter 3 is the trigger point for the new apparition TLSQ which is meant to come out on August 3rd. However it is triggering too soon for some people, and as the data isn't in the files yet, it is crashing the game.

I also finished chapter 3 and it shows me too. That means I'll have to wait for the TLSQ to activate on August 3rd, and miss the July 31st event relative to Harry's birthday.
