Try this:
Sfw version, clear data, left back page, Uninstall.

Open up the blue google links until you get to the googleplay page. Download the nsfw version for a few secs, then cancel it. Install mod v1.5.0. Enable appear on top. Clear cache. Open, the girl should show her stomach after the first pass, if not, close clear cache again, open.

Note:
If you have to reinstall again, you MUST, close the google play page and open it again. It is only good for 1 nsfw download after a sfw attempt.

Apparently, the devs already know about the Sofia and Chloe freezing bug. I'm still dealing with it in my game too. We're on 1.5.0 right now, so maybe they'll patch it in 1.6.0.
