I found another solution! It's little bit tricky but actually works!
Go to menu (on the bottom right) -> setting -> display -> screen size
Change to 16:9 then restart the game, if doesn't work change back to fullscreen and restart again

Gw cuma hapus data bro, abis itu gw masuk bisa normal, tapi pas gw keluar balik ngebug lagi layarnya...

Sad your needed to be deleted, my issue is in emulator. After installing the app, when you open the game and login with johren. It just gets stuck there with a black screen

That was actually work, but not permanently, when i close the app the screen would change again.

actually when I updated the app without uninstalling the game, the data was gone, so I tried deleting the data from the app again

Coba ulang² terus sama otak Atik setting yg diatasnya bro, dan coba juga sebelum keluar gamenya lu pergi ke title dulu

Gw barusan main normal, tapi harus gitu dulu

Enable auto rotate before starting the app. Phone needs to be held in landscape mode when login the webpage before the game starts. It worked for me.
