Sooo...everything got pretty wonky visually. BUT, that's a moot point; when y'all see that the mod works - as shown by the 1000K coins and the 999999 gems, you can feel free to ditch this modded version and reinstall the official stock version from Nutaku, and you should still have that sweet loot...just that it's not infinite anymore. (As seen in the third pic, I've increased the coins to 3.98M by selling, but gem usage made the gems drop to 991.28K)

Again, first two pics are with the modded version installed. See how crazy everything looks? But the money & diamonds are there...

...aaaaaand the third pic is back to stock. Errythang is still there and ready for use. Huh...since the developer behind this game is the same developer behind Booty Farm (Tender Troupe), I wonder if a similar thing can be done for Booty Farm, too...
