I also tested it using two new accts. With and without the mods. Same exp, gold and stuffs. this mod is just visual.
I already said but speed hack not only useful for battle only and if it's not having the effect you wanted as well, it's also speeding up every animations means you play faster somehow the game than others playing normally
But if you like to complain while this mod is made for free, do so, and say "it's only visual"
While you haven't worked on it and can't know nothing have effect on mod menu and offsets from the game can't be patched through mod menu =))

for anyone who's wondering if its visual or not: the waiting time from 0:07 to 0:11 is actually due to the time it needs for his 'real' character model to move from the previous monster (at 0:07) to the next monster (at 0:11). Hence the delayed attacks.
I'm not trying to deny anyone's hard work but when i see a mod not working (or if its just a visual mod) i think i should leave a comment to point it out.

Even tho, it's not visual only since the feature is working, so you can't say it's not working
It didn't have the effect you wanted but this is because of the game algorithm
This video also you point out i patched the move speed, which is buggy with the speed hack, both sides doesn't work well together..
