It's definitely in the files for Complete, anybody who had the content in the original version of the game was able to transfer it over, so it's essentially just hidden from anybody else in terms of the catalogs.

I've been frozen, unsure what to spend my tickets on because I don't know how to theme my camp.

I'm gonna do layouts for story's make my camp one then make vacation layouts for like travel story's! Then I'm gonna make layouts for the cabin as stores for extra story's.

Also there was 24 cookies left out of this Complete update I know from counting lines then counting cookies that were in the free the picture I added were all the free cookies.

Yeah, you click "Misc." then "About Changing Devices" and click "Store Save Data" so that your fresh save gets uploaded to your Nintendo account. Then you just send your account info to Eman, make sure you're checking your DMs though because they need the login code that gets sent to your e-mail that is attached to it.
