I'm sorry. As punishment, I will edit saves. Note: I cannot edit bells since I'm not totally sure how, just complete tickets and leaf tokens.

Make sure you have at least two (2) Complete Tickets.
Backup your save under Misc. > About Changing Devices > Store Save Data.
DM your Nintendo account information (login, password) to @Poopeater1234567
Make sure you're online when they respond so you can give the security code to login (goes to your e-mail.)
Wait patiently for Poopeater1234567 to finish!
Delete the game and redownload it to reload your save and have fun! Don't forget to change your Nintendo account password too.

Also posting a quick guide on how to use Bluestacks if you want to do it yourself:

Download Bluestacks.
Root Bluestacks:
Download Game Guardian (the second download that says Game Guardian for Nox/Bluestacks.)
Download Animal Crossing Complete: Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp C Ver. 7.1.0 APK | Paid
Move your save to Bluestacks (Backup your save under Misc. > About Changing Devices > Store Save Data on your phone.)
Follow NoFearGG's guide for Complete Tickets: Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp C
His second guide for Leaf Tokens: Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp C
Backup your save again and move it back to your phone (Delete the game to make save reloading appear.)

I can... @Lollimancer I think can show some of the items off.

Process isn't easy... I'll wait to see how the save editor turns out and if I should do a guide or not.

Nowhere near finish.
Save files use hex IDs to store items.
And it stores them in an extremely complicated way...

Currently, I have no way to tell what the correct IDs are.
I could guess them. But that's a painful process.

Maybe you could just make it so that the player can enter their own hex ID for now until we can all work together to compile a list of item IDs. I'm happy to play guessing game and slowly make an ID list.

I'm just curious but did you ever post how to edit Bells (money) anywhere? I tried checking the whole thread but didn't see any guide. Would be super helpful for editing people's saves because they ask if I can do bells but I have no idea how. Thanks for all the past help btw!

It's as NoFear said, everything's fully functional! The only thing he wasn't able to figure out yet was the maps for the Sanrio villagers, but theoretically, I imagine everything could be possible.
