Sorry for the late response.

Skill cooldown is server-sided, no luck playing around with it.
I have listened to your advise and change it to 0.25 incremental per selection.

Calculation seemed a bit off, I tried the 1.25x
Not to mention the 3x Atk speed gave me 900% Atk speed

With my base Atk speed 107% * 1.25 should've been 133% but the mod gave me 215% (which is 2x speed)

Fixed.
Move speed has a very tiny off ... by a few %, I am not sure why but it shouldn't really matter
