You have to find out for yourself. I was never banned in this Game. Maybe you just have to remove the game and install it again. Or you have to change your Device ID/IMEI. That would require root or a factory reset from your device. I can't tell you.

I don't even know if that really works. I just unlocked the Dev Menu for fun, never tested if these functions really works. I wouldn't just care about it
