Some people still dont get it. Seen So many people in top 200. Or people at level 300 dealint the most dmg to the guild boss lmao.

I got banned yesterday with same sittuation like you said above . I dont know what make me completely banned.
1/ I go to stage 73-50 and rank ~50
2/ I join a open guild and top 1 weekly guild member rank without top 1 in boss dmg rank . Maybe I got reported or their staff scan and check

Being in top 50 stage (73-50) is the most probable reason. It only take one of the points I mentioned to get banned. Only push to top 200 rank if you've properly geared up to look legit enough to be there. Use the mods to give yourself growth advantage to eventually get into top rank legitimately, not to get to top rank ASAP, cause that'll definitely get you banned on the spot. Also be careful with stage clear time under 10s if you're using instant wave clear, it'll most definitely get you banned.

There're no such thing as safe guild, as boss rank is not limited to your own guild, but globally ranked.

Everything can change anyway. Gotta wait for @Axey & his new mod and see if the devs are still only banning people for being dumb or they pick up everyone

Yes, anything that doesn't expose your existence is safe. If you don't want to get banned, simply don't show your arse anywhere. And since dungeons have no ranking system, it's completely safe to push through. The devs can't just filter out everyone who've completely clear out dungeons and then ban them all, they need to carefully look at the list of thousands of players and selectively ban the suspiciously underpowered accounts, which is a total waste of work hour, so they'll never do it.

For example, I'm at stage 70-50 currently, but all of my dungeons are fully cleared, including guild dungeon. Buy my guild boss is at stage 42 only, I'm rank 15 in guild boss internally, rank 26k guild boss globally, but rank 2 guild member just because I got so many guild points from the guild dungeon maxed out, and I've been playing for months without any ban. Ofc I also take precautions by doing stage clear at around 11s to 12s, never going faster than that, as I've heard people like me who're playing super safe but got banned just because they online farm for 24hr at ~8s clear time. The devs still can easily filter out clear time from the pool of millions of players, and ban everyone who cleared stages at 8s, simply because it's impossible to do it legitimately without mod.

This update includes "NHN Appguard" which makes game shutdown if it catchs any macro apps on your phone(or emulator). So it is not possible to use "Game Guardian" with this game unless you avoid it by use of an avoidance app like "Sudohide".
