So the only way is to have something in the mod menu that prevent the ban or remove it but let it seem like you are actually banned to the game system even if you are not.

That’s not possible; if a game is even reasonably well-designed, everything happens server-side. I can’t just tell the server, "This person is banned, but let them play anyway"—that’s not how it works. Furthermore, I can’t stay one step ahead of an anti-cheat system; every anti-cheat is different, so each one requires an in-depth look to understand how it functions.

And the idea that people see exactly what you see during replays is incorrect; in replays, opponents don't see the ESP—they just see how you play.

The cheat isn't detected; all it takes is a single report for someone to review your gameplay and see whether or not you're playing clean.

Okay, then I'll give it another try. I didn't edit the mod at all, but maybe removing some things will make it work better. I'll let you know how it goes, since two people told me it's not bannable.
