For most troops it is just visual, for example if you increase sniper reload speed, after reloading first shot won't do any damage. that means we just wasted a bullet. It works with some troops like heavy. I hope you fix it for other troops also.

Just adjust. You need to put 2x reload speed in sniper to work.
