Use Z archiver> Go to Android>Data You will see folders, locate the game folder of your nsfw version. Copy and paste to any folder, mostly downloads. Then install mod version. Then open it for a while keep it in background then paste the copied folder from downloads to the data folder, toggle overwrite to yes, and done. I think this should do. Well, it will help only if game doesn't rewrites your data. I can just tell you steps.
 
This is the first app I ran into that works this way. I got the nsfw version in my playstore and I tried copying over the files like you said but nothing changed for me. It's no problem since I'm sure it will get solved somehow but its weird how it works lol.

ya i am tired using all methods i know too... its completely wierd how it works lol
 
This is a wacky app. Installing via Google Play store gives me the R18 version, but blocks me from installing the mod as an update;
Installing the mod first gives me the softcore version, and no option to update in the hardcore version since Google Play doesn't see any error.
My Google Play store country is set to Russia, if it helps. Man, I wish i knew how to disassemble APKs myself.
