What you can do if you don't have rooted device and you're not on emulator is to update your modded game like normal take all info of your account (user id / user lvl / user name / teams / how much dragon stone you have / ect ect) then mail bandai for account recovery you can check on internet if you need more info and the bandai mail i think dokkan reddit have a thread on it.
