you can actually level up or increase power level temporarily but it bricks the game and resets

The "anticheat" in this game is incredibly simple. Just peruse it in IDA and it's quite straightforward to see what checks are done. You're right that some of the server-sided values are not possible to modify, due to frequent syncing with the server, but not everything is actually covered by this.

ah i havent tried that ill work on something! so far i can do power level and xp pretty consistently

You can make this an active offline game where there's no servers and make it into a non-kickable game that doesn't kick you out, if it's possible and not possible then let me know.
