Not complaining but we need mod for the currency cheat, it's way more useful than unlimited skills.

Additionally 5-play has mod for free purchase/shopping but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, the game can now identify fake payments and ban accordingly.

Stupid question, but is there a way to save one's progress and transfer to the official version or even keep it safe as a backup in case of update, using OBB or something?

Try bind with email, not google play. (This safe until now for me)

Rooted device maybe can transfer progres to original apk, since it can install original over mod.

But i dont know about any ban risk, since u save progres with gpg but unoriginal progres.
