So I've found a solution on how to install it, use lucky patcher

quick guide if you want a better experience and if you want to play the second game aswell

1. install joiplay and its rpgmaker plugin on your phone.

2. download the pc game onto ypur phone from steamrip or any other privacy site.

3. unzip the game and leave it wherever.

4. load joiplay and select the games exe
