PS with that same amount of budget, stadium still not able to develop

it's look like we can add budget but the club's financial still having the issue.

Maybe this is a bug because the budget is too high? I don't know, but my code shouldn't affect it.

And did you enable "Can Upgrade Stadium" BEFORE clicking upgrade/develop?

stadium enable, I did try every ways,
disable it close the game and open game again still not able to upgrade
kill the mod and try to upgrade still not able to do

budget normally I have not more than 1,000,000,000 but I want to test about the stadium upgrade that the reason it's 1,800,000,000

PS. after season end and new season come budget was gone
before season end I have 800,000,000 but after season start there is only 100,000

Which club will you choose? I'll try to upgrade the stadium.

And if you're coaching a small club, it should be normal if the budget is small after the season changes.

I think it's a game bug; some details need to be improved. A small team resets its annual budget and doesn't allow stadium upgrades, even when the "Upgrade Stadium" mod is activated. I think the game needs updates and improvements, including the ability to purchase a club and become president. Excellent mods, you are a genius.
