I think so that a game bugs,
another one that I found is my staff all are 92 but still bad in fan tips(staff),
then found that Commercial Manager is missing from the Staff page (because Commercial manager asking me for upgrade his training to get the better badge)
or maybe club is too small and the deepest league.

I also noticed that the commercial manager doesn't appear on the staff list. I think the game needs development. The commercial manager is missing, the club purchase and the president status are missing, the board error, and the annual budget error. It's being improved, but the raise is being kept.

I think FTM26 is intentionally made like that and FCM26 will be as usual
