Are you in lowest English league(Step 3 Premier League)?
if yes, tried to raise until National League

Yes but I'm already promoted to national league or do I need to be promoted above that before I can upgrade?

How did you do it please. Yes I already upgraded my stadium once but after that I couldn't upgrade the capacity individually and when I tried to upgrade the whole stadium they told me my club can't afford it at this moment. And there's unlimited money and also I'm unable to even upgrade the other facilities like training ground etc

I am sorry, I don't know but I think he key is the money that was reset every beginning of the season.
for my saved, it happened that I can do upgrade but unfortunately with too many bugs for my device I did uninstall them until new version come again I will try again

PS bug is not from mod, have to wait until the developer fix them

It's not a bug, in fact from FCM23 I play the budget always resets every season.

and not being able to upgrade in the lower leagues is not a bug but it was made that way by the developer.
