sorry i forgot to mention you need to play the modded version first until the google play login keep pooping up, then uninstall the mod apk After that, download the original version, log in using Google Play, play until the tutorial is complete (done stage 1-4 or after you login, just try) then uninstall. install again the modded apk and there you go, no more annoying pop up

in original apk, after you complete 1-4 go to shadow realm then click tower of darkness for google play login to pop up (same for modded apk to trigger the pop up). Login then uninstall, after that install the modded apk

1.) Navigate to Android\Data\com.ondi.fortias.saga\files
2.) Copy or Move the the "SaveFile.es3" and move to a different location. The uninstall the Mod version.
3.) Install the original Playstore version.
4.) Play until either you get to the arena or first access to the Shadow Realm.
5.) Tap your profile on the main menu and hit "Save"
6.) Uninstall the playstore version. Reinstall the mod version.
7.) Load to the title screen then quit the game.
8.) Copy that "SaveFile.es3" you copied from that mod version back to the "Android\Data\com.ondi.fortias.saga\files"
9.) Overwrite the file if it asks.

Results may vary but this worked for me.

Try playing until you get the popup for google play. Sign in, then save the game.

Thank you Yunana24. But the game can only be played until chapters 2-10. After that, the game will not be able to continue, because the game requires you to log in with a Google account. That is required according to the game's instructions

The solution I found so far is:
1) Play using the original game until you pass the tutorial part (so as soon as you can do whatever).
2) Enter inside the Shadow Realm part. Everything should be okay, and if asked, you should be able to use Google Play to connect your account. Then go to your profile, and click on Save just in case.
3) Use ZArchiver. Go to the folder "Android", "data", and rename the folder "com.ondi.fortias.saga" into something else (like "com.ondi.fortias.saga_"). The full path to the game folder is "/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.ondi.fortias.saga".
4) Uninstall the original Fortias Saga app.
5) Install the modded version.
6) Before opening the application, use ZArchiver again, and restore the name of the folder of the game (if it was "com.ondi.fortias.saga_"m change it back to "com.ondi.fortias.saga").

You should be able to access the modded app with your created account, and the Google Play thing should be gone because you already linked and logged into your account.

mine is not working i did play the modded version first until popup appears, then i finish the original version till login and save it then i rename the file name. after that i uninstall the original then before i open the modded version i rename again the file. after opening the "click to start" is not appearing so i cannot go inside the game
