Yeah it has to stay enabled. Its a weird bug that I havnt figured out in it yet.

Mod works better now (no "no klick bug" anymore)
But I think the enemy now have super damage 1hit all buildings.

No, The most important feature for me is "no ads".

High building health needs to stay enabled. if you disable it, things wont work anymore etc. the damage is shared between players and enemies thats why High building health is needed.
