Several people have explained how to use it without getting caught by the anti-cheat, I've been playing carefully for three months and still have my account. No, you can definitely get reported, just not in a traditional sense. I'm pretty sure people do it by submitting a support ticket to the support team and asking them to investigate a suspicious player; then game moderators manually review an account to see whether modding has occurred. I know for a fact there is a way to report suspicious players, but there isn't a dedicated report button. But if you use the mod correctly and don't make progress that would take a massive spender two months to do in a single day, no one would bother reporting you because you don't look suspicious. They'd probably assume you are a spender.
