Just checked the Chinese mod. They use LSPosed with Jshook.
In an easier way to say, you need to root your phone, and unfortunately, no luck for simulator.
So let's say, the chance to make a mod in normal way could be less possible. Don't expect it too much.

We can modify nikke through CE, but this only applies to level 1 nikke. This method is similar to the FGO method. By searching for a character's health, attack, and defense in a group (like 4:15000 4:400 4:96), the search values can be directly modified, and then go to the formation to see if the combat effectiveness has changed. Don't use it for leaderboards.
