Dunno, I prefer that a modder say if it can or not. I know that DC has no mods, but I don't want to lose faith

DC has mods. It has double encryption though, but once we got past that there were lot of files that were editable like dmg stats. I haven't looked at Nikke and I probably won't bother.

Also you'll never see those DC mods because people didn't want that information leaked because it would be patched. Probably has been, haven't played DC in a while.
