I'm using these reversed GTA:SA sources to study game engine and improve my Android mod, although I don't have time to add more features other than hidden cheats. This is NOT intended for piracy in any way. If you are working on Android mod, always reverse the libGTASA.so file because some functions may be quite different like CHud::SetHelpMessage that have 6 parameters while PC version only have 4 parameters.
