it seems like if you would have triggered the disabled quests while they were unavailable, you don't get them back and just missed them. i found the lone wolf quest in the book, so you get that, but that means you have to speed pages and that's just unfair for vanilla players

Lone Wolf, Hagrid's birthday and the stuff with the weird sisters are often available with pages.

i meant the meet the malfoys quest that i missed but you can also get that with pages just later, I would have triggered it for free the first time but it was disabled in the previous version

There are disabled several quests.

Sadly, yes. Unless you start over, you can't hope for getting it without support's help. But, this is just my guess, if Flume's Clues ever becomes a replayable quest in Hogwarts Diary in the future, hopefully, the issue will be resolved.
